Our Child Supervision Policy
Our supervision policy is strictly enforced in both centers. If this policy is not followed, you may be asked to supervise your children, and inadequate supervision may result in denied entry. Children must be actively supervised by an adult over 18 at all times. The responsibility for children in the center rests with their parent or guardian.
Supervision ratio:
1 over 18 (adult) who is climbing can supervise one child
1 over 18 (adult) who is not climbing can supervise a maximum of 2 children.
**Children Aged 0 - 14:**
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Under 14s are not permitted in the weight-lifting areas or on the gym equipment.
**Children Aged 14+:**
*Inexperienced Climbers*:
Children aged 14 to who are inexperienced must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) and properly supervised while climbing.
Under 16s are not permitted in the weight-lifting areas or on the gym equipment.
Aged 16+ are permitted in the weight-lifting areas and on the gym equipment.
*Experienced Climbers*:
Those over 14 climb unsupervised if they have climbing experience, demonstrating good climbing etiquette and proficiency. Climbing adults (over 18) can supervise one child at a time, while adults who are not climbing can supervise up to two children. No adult may supervise more than two at once.
