Kids Classes at Bloc10 Bouldering

Bloc10 Bouldering offers climbing classes for children aged six and above can work towards a nationally recognised climbing qualification called NICAS. Our experienced instructors create a supportive environment where children can explore their limits and build confidence. NICAS classes are conveniently scheduled on Saturday morning at 8.30am.

National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme

What do the classes teach?:

Sessions teach climbing etiquette and safety, leading to the NIC Bouldering qualification. This nationally recognised award provides a pathway for young boulderers to progress into competition, coaching, outdoor climbing, or independent social climbing.

Due to the layout of the Aberdeen Centre we cannot accommodate group bookings for under 16s.


For those 14+ we can accommodate groups no larger than 6 people.


If you are an educator looking to discuss a school visit during the hours of 10am and 4pm please contact megan@block10.uk.


Adult team building groups, birthdays, hen parties and stag dos are welcome.
