Direct Debit Membership Terms & Conditions​

The direct debit membership allows you unlimited access to our gym each month, and shoe hire is included in the membership fee.

Memberships and shoe hire are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other customers.

By signing up for a Direct Debit membership, you commit to a minimum term of 3 months with Block10 Bouldering. To cancel your, please provide at least 1 month's notice by emailing memberships@block10.uk.

With a direct debit membership, you can enjoy exclusive discounts and offers, subject to availability.

Direct debit memberships can be used in both centres; however, please purchase your membership from the gym you will use most often. Early-bird memberships, PAYG passes, and single-entry sessions can not be used at multiple locations.

4-week Pass Terms & Conditions

​Our 4-week passes provide 28 days of unlimited gym access (only in the gym you purchased them in) and shoe rentals. Because these are fixed-term, non-recurring passes, they do not include the additional perks reserved for Direct Debit members, such as exclusive coaching and event discounts and multi-site use.

These are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged. They are not tied to a notice period or cancellation policy.

Punch Pass / NICAS Blocks Terms & Conditions

Punch Passes / NICAS Block passes are limited to a number per use and include shoe hire. They cannot be shared or transferred to those outside your household/immediate family. They are non-refundable and expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

About
Our Bloc10 birthday parties involve an hour-long instructor-led coaching session which includes a safety briefing, warm up, climbing instruction, and climbing-based party games. There is an additional 30 minutes at the end for party food to be consumed (not provided). These parties are suitable for ages 6+.

Please be aware that it is not a party room for hire, the parties take place throughout the gym. We have a small kids area in the gym where party food & drink can be set up after the instructor-led session.

We highly recommend visiting Bloc10 prior to booking your party if you are new to bouldering. As our center is primarily designed as a bouldering gym and sports facility (rather than a general children's activity center), a pre-visit ensures you are comfortable with the environment. We encourage you to drop by anytime! Our team would be delighted to show you around, explain the party format in greater detail, and answer any questions you may have.

Cost
The cost is £120 for up to 12 kids, including entry and shoe hire - we cannot accommodate more than 12 children.

Catering
You may bring your own snacks and other items at no additional charge.

​

Securing your booking
We take a £60 deposit at the time of booking. The remainder can be paid at the reception desk on the day of booking.

What to wear
Loose, comfortable layers are most appropriate for climbing. It can be cold when standing and get hot when climbing and playing games. Climbing shoes must be worn to climb; inappropriate footwear is unsafe, and outdoor trainers are not permitted on the mats.

Safety waiver
We require all party guests to fill in an acknowledgment of risk form before the party date. Anyone who does not fill this form in will not be allowed to climb. Sign the safety waiver here.

Terms & conditions

When making reservations for birthday parties, it's important to note that our goal is to keep climbing fun and providing engaging activities for young people. However, it's essential to remember that our facility is a climbing gym, not a children's activity centre. Therefore, all participants in birthday parties must follow our gym rules to ensure their safety and the safety of our other guests.

The rules are as follows:

· Please be aware of your surroundings at all times. Running on the matting
underneath other climbers is dangerous and should be avoided at all times.

· Climb down rather than jumping down from the walls. The matting reduces the
risk of injury, but it does not eliminate all risks.

· Climbing shoes should be worn whilst climbing and walking on the mats.

· No food or drink is permitted on the safety mats.

If participants break these rules, staff will ask them to stop. Should high-risk behaviour continue during the party, we reserve the right to ask participants to leave.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

They are not redeemable against climbing shoes or branded merchandise from other brands, or equipment such as brushes or climbing tape. 

They can be redeemed against services, cafe food, beverages, and Bloc10-branded merchandise only.
