Purpose of the position

Bloc10 Bouldering Climbing Instructors are a crucial component of our B10 team, serving as the initial point of contact for our business and playing a pivotal role in fostering a positive customer experience within our organisation. The mission of Bloc10 Bouldering is to ensure that "everyone leaves with an exceptional climbing experience," and our Climbing Instructors are dedicated to achieving this goal for every customer, regardless of their experience level—whether they are newcomers, existing clients, beginners, advanced climbers, children and their parents.
